Pokemon Hero vs Villain

I think it would be cool if as the criminal organization gained more traction and more power in the over world there was a slow decline in how pleasant and happy the game looked. So the people would start becoming more sad and depressing when you talk to them, there would be more criminals running around, and there would be people acting out against each other. Also if on the TV's it there were news reports, like in Diamond and Pearl, and if you were outside of an organization base the news reports became more grim as the criminal organization gained more power as the world declined. Meanwhile if you were in an organization base the organization would have their own little news that would be more positive as the organization spread and the world declined. I think it would also be cool if the pokemon could be effected in some way. Like as the organization spread there were less wild pokemon out because they would be too scared to leave their nests/burrows/caves/whatever they live in or that whenever you caught a pokemon they were more hostile and harder to befriend. I think it would be pretty awesome if any of these things could be implemented.
