So the game is not at the beginning,i expect a demo or something pretty soon,or not.I only hope that the game will be fun to play.

Pokémon Light Beam and Dark Pulse is a paired Generation fan-made Pokémon game developed using the RPG Maker XP Engine using Pokémon Essentials. This fan-made game has been in development by a one-man studio for more than two years.
Pokémon Light Beam and Dark Pulse starts out like no other ordinary Pokémon game, you start out as either a male or female and your quest is to defeat all eight gym leaders and challenge the Elite Four Champion and claim victory. The Region you are about to step foot on is the Oshios Region which is South from the Indigo Plateau. This game is set three years after the Pokémon Heart Gold and Soul Silver game.
The Oshios Region is inhabited by mostly selfmade Pokémon, a few from the Johto and Kanto Region inhabit here. Prepare to have wild adventures, fun-times, and difficult challenges!
