r1 scott a robot talks about why sensors deserve rights just like robots. Although all my other animations were created with their own animation system this wasn't.
this was created using the extension gml video player edge engine in game maker studio 1.4. to use it you need to import into your extensons. to get the extension you have to go to game makers website. the marketplace for 1.4 was disabled in recent releases. this program does some neat things as it allows you to do all the things you can do in game maker but allows you to use a video. I purchased game maker and I had an idea for a funny parody video so instead of shelling out money for an expensive copy of sony vegas. I used game maker to do everything. that isn't easier for most people but since I had been using game maker since middle school it was easier for me.

Im proud of the script but not the system requirements.
you will need 8 gigabytes of ram.
a 7th or 8th generation intel processor is preferred.
advice: check to see if you have minimum processor performance state in power options on windows. 9th gen or some laptops may not have this option. set minimum and maximum performance state to 62. set integrated graphics setting to maximum performance. it may choose the dedicated graphics card instead if you have one. that is fine. decompressing the movie file is the biggest hurdle for playing this. I kept getting warnings saying the video was too long when using the extension.
recent amd should be fine. these requirements aren't based on amd hardware though.
2.4 ghz intel or amd equivalent whatever that may be is recommended for this movie to improve stability when opening the game.
