On a camping trip you venture away from the campsite to go look for wild edible mushrooms. However, you accidentally ingest a hallucinogenic fungus that causes you plenty of nausea and you start seeing things that aren't real. You get lost on the way back to the campsite and you are being chased by different kinds of monsters.
Most aspects of the game, including weather conditions and terrain, are randomly generated. The game can take place in a variety of settings similar to a 2D minecraft game. You can navigate the world by breaking blocks, but you can't place them.
Left click on monsters to see if they're real or not. If you click a hallucination it will disappear and you will score points. If you click a monster that's real you will become more disoriented. The only way to get rid of real monsters is to run far enough away from them.
If a real monster attacks you, you will lose a heart. To replenish your hearts you must find a new one in a tree. To destroy a tree you must destroy the block underneath the trunk.

WASD - to move
Hold left click on blocks to break them.
Left click on monsters to see if they're real.
