I’ve organized the files and set up the folder structure so you don't have to waste your time. It’s ready to go, but you still have to do your part.
The Requirements

YOU NEED YOUR OWN SONIC 3 & KNUCKLES ROM. I have only set up the installer and the environment. You need to provide the Sonic_Knuckles_wSonic3.bin file from a legal source like Steam. If you don't have it, the game won't start. It's that simple.
How to set it up

Extract this zip into its own folder.

Grab your legal Sonic 3 & Knuckles ROM.

Drop the ROM file into the folder.

Open the executable and stop complaining.
