Just wondering, but when is the next demo coming out? I can't wait!
Just played the demo, this looks pretty great! Obviously it's a bit short, but I read on the SAGE page that it was because of irl circumstances, so I get that. One question on my mind, what engine is this being made in? From some of the assets, it looks like the Retro Engine, but I haven't seen a lot of big fan-games made in the Retro Engine so I might be wrong.

Sonic 3: "Other Circumstance" is a #fangame which takes place alternatively to the original #Sonic3.
The idea is: What if #Sonic and #Tails never found the seventh Chaos Emerald? How would they know it existed in the first place??? You'll see how that could've affect Sonic's arrival on Angel Island and Dr. Robotnik's plan on the Death Egg recovery in Launch Base Zone…
Basically... S3OC for short, is a re-imagining of the competition stages from Sonic 3.
What can our heroes expect there?
How will they get to the Death Egg?
What will they meet on their way?
All of the above questions will be answered in our fan game Sonic 3: "Other Circumstance"!
In the upcoming demo you'll be able to
Play as an unbreakable bond of Sonic & Tails!
Complete an intro level!
Play a fully re-imagined Azure Lake zone! As well as fight it's bosses!

We are also currently are looking for sprite artist and level designers, so if you're interested in this project, it'll be great if you could join us!
