Shamans Reckoning is a 2D platform shooter, made by “MeSham Studios”, over the course of 3 weeks. The game is (obviously) heavily inspired by the 2D Mega-Man games. We had more mechanics planned for the game, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to implement them in the game (for the player), during the time we had.
Controls:
Left/Right arrow keys - Left/Right movement
Up arrow key - Jump
Spacebar - Shoot
The game’s “story” is about Lyon, a shaman, who lives in the mountains, in a land far away. He’s the watcher over a village close by. But one fateful day, his village was attacked and burnt down! With this pain fresh in his mind and body, he goes out in search of vengeance on those who would do this to him, and the innocent villagers in the small town..
