The driving section REALLY is boring, and completely pointless as it is now. What's your plan for this part of the gameplay?
Your art is neat, and the choice-based investigation shows promise, but there's so little to currently see that it's hard to know what the storyline & mechanics will ultimately deliver.
The preview is really at early stage
Anyways, my suggestion is to allow player to click anywhere when mouse icon with red color appears, not just at arrow
Also when Stamford or anyone is walking, the mouse icon should disappear to tell player that clicking has no effect
