sick,bizzarre cruel hehe. Really nice concept and ambientation. But dude, make something to exit the game, take off the "f1 for game info", and the save-load feature. Try to polish it a bit more, like in the surgery section. Nice game

Why the extra download link? Also, it'd be nice if you could give this game a rating due to the strong language used during the title screen; don't want to see you taken down by any angry sniper moms out there.
This game is pretty brilliant in my opinion, but there's just one thing that kind of botched the experience for me... At the end of one of the levels, my character was stuck with only one leg, which was very funny, but the problem is, you can't pass ladders to get to lower passages, because when trying to pass the ladder, the one-legged character hops up the ladder as you try to move him forward. So, needless to say, I lost, because I couldn't really go anywhere.

Overview:**
Your mother just want one baby. You and your siamese brother must therefore go to the hospital and separate your bodies. On your way to the hospital you will find yellow shaking boxes in which there are organs you can collect.
Depending on who collects the organ, the organ will be on your side during the operation. Your siamese brother can steal your organ during the operation but it's an advantage to collect the organs since they appear on your side of the screen (takes time for your
opponent to grab them).
The organs you insert will give you different powers when racing back home
to your mother.
First home wins!
