Snowstorm is a winter-themed game. The game is about exploring the unknown and finding the "True World." Also known as the Void, which is a myth that has been spreaded to others and eventually passed to the three protagonists. The true world was once found and no one has ever confirmed that it was found.
Remember that POV changes also changes your character which allows you to use their abilities.
