Sonic the Hedgehog: Phantom Frenzy is a funny Scratch fangame I made for fun. No profit intended. Only one zone and one act with it.

The entire story isn't fully developed, but all you need to know is that Eggman has the Phantom Ruby once again.

This game will be released sometime next year. Probably November
