I liked most of the zones, I like the music in this game, but I can't do that. I got stuck in zone 7 because the floor didn't break, and I didn't know what to do. It turned out that I shouldn't run so fast. I also got stuck in the final zone, and after I got 4 game overs, I just gave up because Sonic was driving me crazy. Metal Sonic was also a big problem. I really liked the game and the story of the bosses and the music, even though it's mostly remixes from the Mega Men, Gan Star, and Hiros series. However, the 7th boss and the final location really annoyed me, so I'm giving the game a 7/10 instead of a 9/10. I can recommend it, but keep in mind that there will be some issues.

Happening after the events of Sonic & Knuckles, Sonic falls from the atmosphere and lands on the tornado, carrying the Master Emerald. Suddenly, an object flies by striking the tornado with laser beams twice, plummeting Sonic to the Floating Island. It is revealed seconds later to be none other than Metal Sonic, who seen holding the Master Emerald, then flying off. In the background, a burning Death Egg is seen tumbling downwards, closer and closer, to the Floating Island....
