good game.

Good ground up shooter with all custom graphics, really nice game! Thumbs up

In the year 2299 of the Galactic Standard Calendar, a host of invaders descends on the colony planet Hera. You are Séraphine Letourneau, a test pilot for a major research and development company forced to join the fight after they invade during a routine test of an experimental flight suit. Challenge the enemy on the ground or in the air, gradually earning weapons, upgrades and defensive tools in the effort to save the planet in a top-down shooter/adventure hybrid inspired by games like The Guardian Legend, Zelda: A Link to the Past and Fester's Quest.

Z- Repeater
X- Fire special weapon 1 (choose special weapon 1 or equipment in pause menu)
C- Fire special weapon 2 (choose special weapon 2 or equipment in pause menu)
V- Fire special weapon 3 (choose special weapon 3 or equipment in pause menu)
Q-(Hold while moving to strafe and move slowly)
E-(Press while moving, or move while holding to dodge/dash. This has limited invulnerability)

Equipment Types:

Weapons- Special weapons with limited ammo.
Crisis Triggers- Special tools that trigger effects once you're one hit from defeat (where your shield gauge is zero)

Steel Seraph updated to version 1.11.0 on Windows and Linux. Mac to follow soon.

Steel Seraph updated to Version 1.10.0 on Windows.

Right now, I'm in the middle of adding portraits to dialogue in the game. After that, We'll be adding one more weapon sidequest, and very likely the last few main quests , before version 1.9.0. The plan is to have it all done at least before August 30.

1.7.1 Windows, Linux and Mac now available.

The game can mishandle OSX display scaling, truncating the game display. Going to 'System Preferences > Display' and setting resolution to 'Default for display' rather than 'scaled' solved it when we examined it

​Version 1.7.0 of #SteelSeraph is available on Windows and Linux.

-A new and improved HUD
-Two act 4 sidequests (Hell Off Earth, Argos Panoptes)
-A fully implemented final version of the microjet.
-Flow improved throughout.

Pop up prompts show when talking to people

Tumble dodge tool has (0.1s) startup

Key button prompts only for the current controller type.

People with objectives have balloon markers.

Various changes to bullet speed, Seraphine movement speed, text boxes.

Update coming in late October, improving gameplay, visuals and some music.

Seraphine and her weapons will move 33% faster

I plan to have rubble in some areas that can be destroyed with any weapon.

Signposting will improve.
