Tell Me A Story

Tell Me A Story is a game that follows eight different stories of eight separate people and how they all link up to make something big. In Tell Me A Story every character has something tragic happen to them...and it’s all the doing of the hooded man, Oblivion.

Stories:

Desmond - Desmond has the first chapter, Letting Go. Desmond lost his mom seven years ago, and he hasn't let go. He obsesses about how things were. Desmond is only living in the past. As Desmond's seventeenth birthday draws near, he meets a hooded man who goes by the name of Oblivion. Oblivion promises to revive Desmond's mom as a ghost. Desmond agrees not thinking of the consequences. Along with reviving Desmond's mom, Oblivion secretly revives the rest of the graveyard. Now Desmond must fight the demons he helped bring into the world. Will he save the day? Or will he give into the demons?

Rose - Rose's chapter, Times Change, the main character is a waitress at Tom's Diner. Everything's going great for Rose! She's engaged, she's beautiful, she has a steady job. Her fiance, Christopher, is the most caring man in the world...or so Rose thought. Rose gave Christopher everything, even her reluctant love. Rose had always been taken advantage of because of her trust in people, but in time she learned what was going on. Rose didn't think there was anybody who she could feel safe and loved around until she met Christopher...Now there is no one she feels safe and loved around.

Charlie - In Charlie's chapter, Left Behind, the character Charlie is a homeless man who has nothing left. One day a scientist offers him whatever he wants if he helps with a dangerous experiment. Charlie agrees knowing he has nothing to lose. The experiment is how robots interact with humans in normal household living situations. The scientist lets Charlie and the robots stay in an apartment-style test area for a week, and everything goes fine. As Charlie goes to get his prize from the scientist, he is shoved into a Dark Room and an alarm starts sounding. When Charlie gets out of the room, there is no one in the lab...except for the malfunctioning robots. Something happened in the time Charlie was in the room and now the robots want to exterminate everything. Now, Charlie must escape the lab before the robots find him...

Kathryn - Kathryn's chapter, Betrayal, starts off with the main character of this story working at her job as the CEO of the biggest newspaper industry in the world, Newspaper INC. She has told her best friend who is in love with her that she is married to her job, and has no time to have a relationship. But one day she meets this man and she falls head over heels for him and dates him. Heartbroken, her best friend Patrick gets sick of being rejected by his love, so he kill the man Kathryn loves and frames her for murder! Now Kathryn must clear her name and hope it all ends well...

Freddy - Freddy's Story, A Bone To Pick, starts off with a dog who lives in the woods after being abandoned by his owners, This is Freddy. One day when Freddy is going through his daily routine he is stopped by a Kitten who needs his help. Deep in the forest there is a gang of wolfs who had taken animals from their homes and were holding them captive. Now it's up to Freddy and his new little friend to save all the animals! Will they save them? Or meet with their same fate?

Mary - Mary's story, An Image, is the sixth chapter in "Tell Me A Story". Mary is a High School Senior who has been hiding something from her best friend, Thomas. She gets called names in school like "whore" and "slut" but Thomas always stood up for her because he didn't know what she was hiding. One day Mary finally admits to Thomas that she has had sex so many times she doesn't even know. When Thomas asks her to promise him to stop she responds with "I can't promise that. After you do it once your body starts craving it". Thomas stops standing up for her because he doesn't really have anything against the fact, as all the names she has been called, are true. Now Mary is on the verge of suicide because she feels she has no one...what will happen to her? Will she change? Or give in to the darkness?

Parker - Parker's chapter, Off, our main character, Parker wakes up in some random female's house. The woman is surprised because she thought he was dead because he had no signs of life. The woman explains that the night before a man cloaked in black brought his body to her door and said "Take him in" and left. Now Parker must find the man and find out what he wanted with Parker.

Crystal - Crystal is the last person to have their personal story, in her chapter, Trust. Crystal is a seven year old girl who lives in the city of Berkshire. One day there was an ice cream truck outside her apartment building...but there was no ice cream. The man in the truck took Crystal and drove off with her to take her to his dungeon. With the poor child about to get forced into something bad at such a young age, what will happen? Will anyone save her? Or will she be gone forever?
