Two people, two buttons. Each have a city filled with everything they've ever loved. As long as your city still stands at the end of 1.5 minutes shown at the bottom--right of the screen you win.

So Theoretically you can both win, but will the other push the button to ensure their safety, or will you push it first. The seeming simple solution of neither player pushing the button will be put to shame as you question your choices as your "opponent" edges their finger closer to their button.
