You can also use a controller. On an Xbox controller you can use the left stick to move, A to interact, Y to pause.
Serving as a sort of small sequel to Some Random Game About Nothing RPG, The House Must Die tells the tale of a woman who is trying to regain memories of her past while saving someone she loves (although the fact that she loves him is pretty much the only thing she remembers about him).
This game is super short. Although I used RPG Maker to make it, it is not an RPG. I'm not sure what to call it. You can't die (Updated: June 2023. Now you can!) and just progress from one area to the next as the story unfolds. The game is like 10 minutes long. It's kind of like an interactive short film I guess.
Yaaaay... I added to this game after a few years. It now has more stuff in it and you can die now. Used a bunch of sounds and graphics from countless other projects I've abandoned.
New build with some small fixes. Wasn't that bad but enough for me to get so annoyed that I updated the game.
