Sonic.EXE: The Shadow Menace: The Beginning of a Nightmare

(Note: You may not, in under any circumstance, use my character or game for collabs without my permission or steal sprites used in the game. Stuff such as small cameos and fangames are fine, but any use of my characters or games in collabs I did not approve are not ok. Please ask me before doing collabs or using sprites.)

(Note 2: The logo is a placeholder that uses SoH: Recoded's logo as a base. It will receive its own original logo when either I get good at sprite art or when we get some sprite artists on the team, so ignore the shitty logo for now.)

Sonic.EXE: The Shadow Menace, is a Sonic EXE game inspired by games such as Spirits of Hell and The Emerald Curse made in Clickteam with the Not-So-Simple Sonic Worlds Engine. Following the story of Tails, Knuckles, and Eggman as they face Shade, an EXE from Universe 94856 with shadow cloning powers.

The Story:

For thousands of years, the EXE's have roamed through the multiverse, creating an entirely new multiverse known as the EXEverse (Pronounced Xiverse), all starting with a man named Lord X. Lord X would go through hundreds of timelines, demonizing everyone on Mobius every time, and build a new home there for at least a decade, sometimes even a century, keeping track of every universe he took over by a number, alongside each power that the Sonic of that universe possessed upon Demonization. One day, he decided to take over Universe 94856. He spent more than a century there, before leaving it behind to find his next home. Life regrew, and a new generation of Mobians rose, creating a second generation of Sonic. Almost no remains of Lord X's destruction remained, except a strange temple that nobody had dared to enter. One day, Sonic had decided to enter the temple, and when Tails saw him come out, he had changed, his eyes were pitch black with red pupils, bleeding. When Tails tried to confront Sonic, he admitted he had no memory of who he was before, before attacking Tails, demonizing him. He decided to demonize the rest of Mobius, turning it into the world it once was before. Decades passed, and Sonic, who had given himself the name Shade due to his Shadow Cloning ability, grew tired of the world he lived in, and decided it was time to build a new one. He transported himself to a new, fresh universe that was yet to be taken over by Lord X and decided it was the perfect place to build his new home, beginning his massacre across the entire planet of Mobius.
