I uploaded a web version of the game to test out; just to see if the RMMV games really did work on Browsers. So far the first level plays through nicely. I hit a bug in the second level. Overall I am pleasantly surprised with the performance of the game in the browser. I may have to optimize the game more for this platform.
I started this game in the spring of 2016. I put it on the back burner for awhile but have picked it up again. This game is short and fun to play. I want to create games using RPG Maker but with my own assets. A lot of RM games get a bad rap. I want to prove that some good games can be made using the system.
STORY:
As a little boy, your grandfather told you tales of brave treasure hunters risking their lives to seek out the world's priceless artifacts. When he died, he leaves you his journal and the secrets to where these artifacts now lie. You make it your mission to complete your grandfather's treasure quest.
GAMEPLAY:
Use your keyboard and mouse to navigate through each level while dodging monsters, avoiding traps, solving puzzles, and collecting treasure.
