Twin Fates : APCA

Nico Bennett has been hiding a secret: a slow-spreading infection from his father’s workplace the APCA (Anomaly Phenomena Containment Agency), a clandestine facility studying otherworldly "Anomalies.". 

When he and his twin brother Luca arrive for an emergency visit, a catastrophic containment breach occurs. The staff vanishes, four deadly Anomalies escape, and Nico’s condition spirals out of control.

Now, Luca must navigate the facility’s ruins—trapping Anomalies, solving environmental puzzles, and fighting when he must—while Nico guides him via headset, struggling to stay coherent as the infection takes hold.

Top-down action-horror with combat—outsmart Anomalies or face deadly consequences.
