Undertale: Dark Times - это тёмная и мрачная вселенная, где Человек после своего головокружительного путешествия по Подземелью убил Азгора и ушёл, ничего не изменив, решив просто уйти домой. После этого, бывшая королева Ториэль возвращается на престол, но вскоре она была свергнута Андайн, за то, что она позволила человек уйти из Руин. Параллельно, в подземелье начинается перенаселение и в результате - голод и дефицит ресурсов. Из-за этого, уровень преступности зашкаливает, многие монстры вынуждены грабить и убивать, что бы банально выжить. Этому способствует массовое производство огнестрельного оружия. В ответ на это, Андайн создаёт Подземную Народную Милицию, а Королевскую Гвардию превращает в свой личный инструмент для удержания власти. Милиция же начинает репрессии, повсюду имеют место быть превышения полномочий и в целом, порой милиция ведет себя не лучше бандитов. В этих условиях, новому Человеку придётся выжить и вернуться домой. И лишь в ваших руках выбор, быть факелом добра и справедливости внутри беззакония и анархии, или же оставить Королевство Монстров во тьме. Навсегда.

Undertale: Dark Times is a dark and gloomy universe where Man, after his dizzying journey through Underground, killed Asgor and left without changing anything, deciding to just go home. After this, former Queen Toriel returns to the throne, but she is soon deposed by Andyne for allowing the man to leave Ruin. Simultaneously, overpopulation begins in the dungeon and the result is famine and resource scarcity. Because of this, the crime rate is off the charts, many monsters are forced to rob and kill that would banal survive. This is facilitated by the mass production of firearms. In response to this, Andyne creates the Underground People's Militia, and turns the Royal Guard into his personal tool for holding power. The militia starts repressions, there are abuses of power everywhere, and in general, sometimes the militia behaves no better than bandits. In these conditions, the new man will have to survive and return home. And only in your hands is the choice to be a torch of good and justice within lawlessness and anarchy, or to leave the Kingdom of Monsters in darkness. Forever.
