I had a lot of fun with this one. :)
Nice idea, I really enjoyed playing and experimenting. What really frustrated me though was that i kept ending up in situations where i had enough resources but one planet kept sucking everything from one world and barely touched the other. Or i had enough but one world would deliver 20 too much and the other delivering to the same world had a surplus of 20. And it made me insane that i cant regulate how much is sent via a trade route. Im sure i could have figured something out if I could actually plan where my resources go and how they are distributed - but either there is no such function in the game or it wasnt well enough explained. Either way thats not how it should be.
This basically broke the whole game for me and i gave up after playing for one hour. If you can fix this it would be great as I do like the esthetics and basic idea.

Universe Balancing Bureau is a mini puzzle game in space
