WordIt is my entry in the ongoing Wordplay contest over at mochimedia, where all entries must be games dealing with words or letters in some way. Since I'm a fan of scrabble this game is based loosely on scrabble gameplay, but with a bit more freedom for the player. There are two play-modes, one focusing on increasingly complex puzzles and one focusing on increased pace during the game.
The game uses the official scrabble tournament wordlist, and contains a dictinary lookup link for reference only. I don't know if WordIt can really be called a game for learning, but it actually made me look up a few words now and then.
Instructions are simple -
Click and drag to move letters so they form valid word.
You can hold SHIFT down to drag a selection rectangle.
