In unicorn blaster, the horses have been turned into unicorns due to a parasite known as USW-1 it makes entities more aggressive than in their average state and stimulates bone growth in places that normally do not have bone growth, in horses it is a horn that sprouts from the head, thus the term unicorn. You play as Shad St Clad, a soldier who must kill escaped unicorns, including the queen unicorn who once angered will chase you down until you are dead.
