YTP 2.5
Inspired by YTP++, I tried creating a similar program in CTF2.5 and I'd say that, despite the limitations, it turned out pretty good. Sure, it's kind of broken and it's a miracle if it runs, but that's part of the charm . #other
How to install
Download the package.
You may encounter some issues with booting up the program if you install it using the GJ client.
Make a dedicated folder to extract the package contents into.
Run the program.
Press the "Settings and resources" button.
Click the red text to download the LAV Filters installer.
Wait for the download to finish (there's a progress bar behind the text).
If the download fails or the installer doesn't open, skip step 4, 5, and 6, and download it yourself here.
Once the download finishes, the installer should open itself. Use the
C:\Program Files (x86)\LAV Filters
path to install LAV Filters, else it won't work. Leave the rest untouched (except the shortcut pages, do whatever you want with them, they won't affect the program in any way).If you did everything correctly, the red text will change into this:
You successfully installed YTP 2.5!!! Please, also read the following chapter.
Limitations
Images
Supported formats: AVI (first frame), BMP, GIF (first frame), JPEG, PCX, PNG, TGA
Unsupported formats simply won't work, but GIFs will break the program during the execution, don't import any.
Audio
Supported formats: OGG, WAV
MP3s have been tested and work partially. If you want to use them, make sure to set these settings like this:

Due to the nature of Clickteam, MP3s can't be manipulated, else they'll break completely and make strange and loud noises. Even with these settings, MP3s still may not play at all.
Video
Supported formats: MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI
