The Next Update will not be adding Stamina actually. It will be adding a new mode though. And it will also add some other new stuff.

The next Update will fix some graphics up a bit, Patch one of the MiniGames up a bit and add Stamina. (the staminometer from baldi plus 0.2.0)

Expect an update soon. It adds a new MiniGame and a Black dot in the middle of the screen like the real game. I'm also planning a new character soon so expect that.
