fixed an issue with the carrots having the wrong price in the code (thanks @Zrien 
for reporting this)
removed credits and settings buttons as they have no functionality
fixed butter being glitchy when spam clicked
fixed an issue with the save button not functioning correctly and always showing
readded the startup tutorial
fixed jacko on the title screen being extremely slow
added sounds to the network booster
made the network boost count actually show up when the network booster is activated

the current egg land framework is so difficult to work with that this took me a total of 3 hours to implement - soon fellas we will swap to yolk engine
