0.4.0 Is here!

I made a few fixes to make the game a bit more intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing.
Changelog:

Made the death animation of the enemies more apparent
Added controls in the menu so that new players are no longer confused
The shuriken no longer goes under the blood
The .exe file is now called Shuriken.exe instead of Shuriken..exe
