1.3.0 Update (Custom Night)

I'm a pathological liar, and despite me saying the last update was the final one, THIS is now the final one.

Changes:
Added custom night with difficulties up to 40.
You can now skip the clickteam intro by pressing any key.
Added back buttons to extras and night select.
1 new secret.
Removed emerald mouse.
