1# Devlog - Captiny's starting mechanics!

Welcome everyone to this first Captiny devlog!

It's been now a few weeks that the work on Captiny's development has started. The basic mechanics have been added, and we now are finally ready to let you see the first official looks to the game!

How exciting!

To start, let's take a look at Captiny's recognizable main character:

Isn't he the cutest?

What more do we have to show? An awesome health and energy UI (and the system that goes with it, obviously!)

We also started implementing the idea of portals... and this is what they will look like without effects:

Pretty neat, right?

And now, for the final announcement! Captiny now has a working inventory system! We plan on doing an entire devlog on this one we have more items to show off to you, so you'll have to be a little more patient before we show it to you...

The game is only in its starting stages, but the more we are working on it, the more we are seeing it grow and becoming a really awesome and interesting game.

We truly hope you'll feel this way too about it thanks to all that we will share with you during the development stages... and we hope you'll enjoy playing it as much as we are enjoying creating it!

Play well and stay safe,

~ Theana Productions team ~

We wanted to share with you our newest game: Hide and Seek. It's a simple luck game, great to pass time and relax.

The development isn't completely done yet, but you can already play it here and on Itch.io

Did you know that today is #InternationalJazzDay? 🎷😎

No? 😯 Well, we couldn't pass up this date!

And what better to celebrate this day than #Pecaminosa #OST? 🎷

Let us know what you think about it and have a great weekend!

An infected room from the second part of Cybel ! Are you up for some cleansing?

If you have more of an acquired taste, the restaurants in Niravasi have you covered! Maybe skip the salad bar, though.

2d lighting experiment

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

Here's a Fredbear sprite i made in Aseprite! I'm pretty proud of this!

(Btw, sorry for the double post! I'll try to post less)

Development of my game Juno. This is the rune equipment system.
