Y’all might notice the rope burn on his neck, Well you see Acephalous was suffering from depression he tried to kill himself but he couldn't because he knows it’s a sin, but days kept getting worst, he was sitting in his room at night all alone crying and suffering and was cutting himself, his mental health issues kept getting worst and he couldn’t take it any longer, so he when in the pirate cove to a room, he found a rope and tied in on the ceiling light, then he kicked the chair as the rope on his neck starts choking him, causing him to die, but he did recover by dippy his old counterpart/Twin brother.
