3 games in a row (and some more) where I get denied for "not putting enough effort into my voice" or "sounding like I'm reading from the script".

More serious post.

You see, when I do voice acting and show my voice acting tests, I don't want to show if I have emotions, because that's something I can do when I embody the character. It's not difficult for me, so I can do that and put more emotions.

But there are some times where I show all types of voice acting and I still don't suit those roles. One I heard was, "But they all look the same." And guess what? It's because I have a Deep Voice! Of course, one or the other will have a voice crack or something, but the voice is the same and the interpretations are the same.

In terms of emotions, like I said, I can embody the character, yes! And sometimes I don't even need to read the script to perform my interpretation, so, as I said, and I'll say it again, my voice acting tests only serve to show the tone of voice that can be used for specific characters.

I have no intention of blaming or attacking anyone, just saying a few things related to my voice acting and experiences with other developers.

Have a good morning, good afternoon, and good night everyone.

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.
