A bit of nostalgia week!

All the way back in autumn 2020 I started my uni education! I took up a little art course as an extracurricular activity. One of the homeworks was drawing a comic about our quarantine experience and especially our experience studying during quarantine. As you remember, it was a very very relevant issue at the time especially for us as students only just starting their uni careers in such conditions.

You could probably tell from the comic that quarantine took a toll on me a little bit x3

I wanted to show the repetitiveness and tediousness of life at that time; the days flying by and just merging together making you disoriented and almost taking away the purpose of doing anything at all really. The contrasting blacks and whites, the aggressive reds show how life is being reduced to its basics and only frustration and melancholy remain.

I don't want to brag but my comic was nominated the best of all the submissions 🤭
