Two days ago, Archive, lead developer of Fazbear Rebrand, posted an AMA relating to Fazbear Rebrand, giving away various clues and possible lore and story beats off. In this post, I will be analysing every single question asked and answered by Archive.

QUESTION 1 - when do you think the game will release?

Ah, yes, the release date question. Honestly, if there was a cliche question for every Q&A in FNaF Fangame history, and just game history in general, it would be this. Archive answered the question very interestingly, stating that it's very likely for them to release the game in 2025...and this brings me back to this one image.

See, last year, I did this little joke image.

So, the context of this image was essentially a parody of the typical MCU slate, but replacing the Marvel movies with some FNaF Fangames made by some of my close friends.

However, Archive responded in a very interesting manner, saying "You are not too far off."
Here, it seems like he's reiterating the same thing, as it seems highly likely that Fazbear Rebrand might release along Q3 or Q4 of 2025.

Damn, we're gonna have the Fantastic Four, Superman and Fazbear Rebrand on the same year? That's gonna be one hell of a year to remember, for sure.

QUESTION 2 - Favorite character?

Now, THIS. This question, and Archive's answer, has left me spiraling down to insanity due to all these insane new revelations that Archive has brought on. See, this is exactly how he answered the question...

"Oof that is a tough one On the mascot side: I like Bob and Birthday Bear; Now on the Human Side: Loyra. I haven't revealed her btw, not yet :)"

Now, we know who Birthday Bear is, as he has appeared previously on Mercury's post on Fazbear Rebrand, as he's shown to be a new rendition of Fredbear, it seems...

But who the hell are Bob and Loyra, then??

Well, there are two possible outcomes for Bob. See, Archive claimed that he has not revealed Loyra, but, if you analyze his words carefully, he never said he didn't reveal Bob...so I believe Bob to be one of the two cupcakes. On a poster that Archive revealed, he showed two cupcakes instead of one.

This Bob character might aswell be one of these two cupcakes, most likely the blue one.

But what about Loyra? Well, we don't have much information about who this "Loyra" person might be, but her name heavily resembles that of "Lara", the woman from the immortal and the restless, and the presumed name of Mrs. Afton...could she be Mrs. Afton?

QUESTION 3 - Any chance for any mobile versions?

No.

QUESTION 4 - A. When will I be able to date Freddy? B. Do the characters speak during gameplay? Or do they speak during cutscenes? Or are their voices only canonical voices in the universe of the characters?

Oh, look at that, it's my question!

So, A. was obviously a joke, so I don't feel the need to explain myself on that...

But Archive did confirm that the animatronics will speak during gameplay and cutscenes, but not as much to make it too annoying. However, he did seem to tease another batch of characters, by only saying... "Well in the game it depends of which voice... if it's the merry band or ....  t h e m"

Whoever these "them" is, they seem to have the same voices, so i'm led to believe these might be some older versions of the characters, perhaps?

QUESTION 5 - what's really in that pizza? btw I like the picture you used on this post, looks nice

I assume this was also meant to be a joke question, but it kind of gave another possibility to the identity of these "them" characters. Let's read this crucial part of the answer Archive provided.

There's our them, The Funtime Frosty Pizza Syndicate...so, is Freddy Frostbear in the game, then? (As a side note...I am loving the worldbuilding here holy shit)

QUESTION 6 - What is something you cannot wait for people to see in the game, best of luck to u by the way.😁😄

The answer to this question is one of the simpler and more straightforward ones, for sure. Here, Archive confirms that gore is definitely set to be in the game, but not too extreme gore...well, that's pretty much it lol.

QUESTION 7 - How evil will the cupcake be?

Another joke question, I presume, but one that tells us alot about the two cupcake's personalities and what they might do in the game.

See, Archive answered this, by telling us that the pink cupcake is a snitch, and, although the teal one is very much harmless, it does like pets alot.

This brings me back to the theory that the cupcake was a security camera on the original FNaF Game. And, if we look at the Security Office sketch that Archive posted, what do we see?...

There is a cupcake on the desk, right next to the Security Tablet.

Maybe the pink cupcake is spying on us, and constantly alerting Chica of our every move...and the Teal Cupcake is the one Chica has on her plate...

And why does the Teal Cupcake likes pets?

Well, maybe because he already was Susie's dog...

QUESTION 8 - Any easter eggs?

Nothing much was mentioned, aside from the mysterious fish emoji, and the revelation that there are various side quests throughout Fazbear Rebrand's runtime!

I just hope there aren't any escort missions...

QUESTION 9 - What is your favorite and least favorite part about making this game?

According to Archive, his favorite part of making this game was bringing a much more mature and terrifying experience for the players...giving a possible tease and what might come soon on the contents of the game.

He then proceeds to joke about the original Freddy model. (Never change, Archive)

QUESTION 10 - Favorite misc prop?

Here, Archive gave confirmation about the pizza timer, a supposed prop that might be located on the Dinning Room. Here, Archive stated that Chica doesn't really like the prop too much...is it maybe a way to fend her off? To turn it on?

QUESTION 11 - how do the actual animatronics look compared to the posters?

We already know this.

QUESTION 12 - Grey cats, or orange cats?

W h a t .

So, that's it, folks! To wrap some things up, let's summarize the theories that i've stated related to what Archive has confirmed so far...

• Fazbear Rebrand seems to be coming in Q3 or Q4 of 2025.

• This "Bob" character could be one of the cupcakes, considering Archive never said that he had not revealed him yet.

• Loyra might aswell be Mrs. Afton, and seems to have a huge role, given Archive's extreme liking to the character.

• The "them" that Archive has referred to and teased countless times in the AMA could be either Prototype versions of the animatronics, The Funtime Frosty Pizza Syndicate, or this supposed Fish emoji.

• Archive seems to really want to delve deep within various mature themes, and doesn't seem to be afraid of including gore.

• The Pink Cupcake might be in our office, spying us, and acting as a way for the animatronics to get to our office easier, whilst the Teal Cupcake could be possesed by Susie's dog.

• There seems to be a pizza timer that could be a secondary way of fending of Chica the Chicken.

And thus, wuzza!
