This is just a small fix for the pick up system to look more polished like the full game, however, it still has a long ways to go.

I created a mock up heads up display. This isn't implemented as I just overlayed the last image with this.
The health is the red bar, the green bar is stamina, and the inventory is the boxes in grey.
It's a feature, not a bug.
