Undertale Purple - Perseverance Revival

We really want this to be an enjoyable and fresh Undertale fan game, so we’re really focusing on this game.

The first bit of info we’re gonna talk about that relates to the game is the time it takes place.

The purple soul (which we’ve decided to call ‘Genus’, because they’re gender-neutral and they’re a scientist) was supposedly the 5th human to enter the Underground. This means that, at the time of Genus’ arrival, the monsters have 3 souls. (Remember that Chara’s soul isn’t used)

And we’re also gonna talk about Genus himself/herself. Genus’ trait is Perseverance. (The persistence to keep working towards something, despite difficulty or lack of success) This is one of the two reasons why we decided to make Genus a scientist. (Because when you do an experiment, you should try to be persistent, even if there’s no results to start off with, and the gear that the purple soul had were the Cloudy Glasses and the Torn Notebook [the notebook could’ve been used as a means of recording experiments])

The recurring theme in Undertale is; Stay Determined! The recurring theme within Genus’ adventure will be something like, ‘Perseverance is key’ or something like that.
