Sadly There is No Voice Lines For The Characters in The Original Game of Those Nights at Wario's 3, So it's Just Only One Voice Actor For Phone Guy, So i Tell @Mr_Malos Will Be as The Voice Actor of Phone Guy btw.

And Also @Vegas-A Can Help To Make More Character Vectors For The Cutscenes in The Joke Mod, Because He is Very Good at Making Character Vectors Was Used Scratch
