It is very important to clarify that this is not hate for allies, but simply an explanation as to why they're not a part of the community, and that if something similar to this has already been posted, sorry, but I just felt like posting it.

Allies are NOT a part of the LGBTQ+ community, even when including the full acronym LGBTQIA+, since the A stands for Aromantic/Asexual.

While allies are highly appreciated and are (usually) always welcome by the LGBTQ+ community, the community is made only for those who can identify as a part of it (those who are questioning included). Those who are allies do not share the struggles and discrimination as queer people (at least not in the same way).

Because of this allies never have and never will be part of our community, while always loved and appreciated, they simply aren't along the lines of what could be considered queer.

To all the allies, we truly appreciate your work and you've been great to us, but want you to realize that you simply aren't Queer, and at it's core, that's the meaning of LGBTQIA+, a group of Queer people coming together in one great big community.
