1.2, as it is right now, is functional from beginning to end, with every major gameplay addition working as intended. however, alot of what is holding me back from releasing it is my plans on adding ultimately unnecessary - but flavorful and potentially helpful - additions, such as achievements, selectable player skins, among other things such as easter eggs.
should i release 1.2 as it is right now - with every major addition implimented - and get it out early, saving those extra amenities for a future 1.3 update, or would you rather it come out later (could be much, much later as alot of it is shit i have no idea how to program)?
not going to lie the main reason i ask is simply because it's exhausing having people hound me for updates. since the update is functionally complete, having people press me for a release date while i try to branch out and give attention to my backburner projects, is a massive demotivator, so i'm hoping this will appease those dying to see 1.2 so i can focus on my other projects, saving achievements and skins for later since those are ultimately unimportant and can afford to be shelved until i'm more experienced with the engine and can do them all without breaking everything
