a retrospective on all oddities games (shout out to @mrs_sugar for making the thumbnail)

hello fellow fnaf no lifers welcome to another funny review
now you might say to yourself "what the fuck bun it's been like 2 weeks since last review where are my new reviews at"
and that question has a very simple answer "school" got it ???? good now it's time see some oddities cause yea-

CHAPTER 1!
"the red oddities lel"

you already know how these reviews work it's time to rant about the title screen ! cause yes

to no ones surprise it's bland as hell is the office any bette-
oh wow it actually is (ignore red on the left)

i really like the goofy references like the puppet mask from fnaf 3 the flumpty poster and the treasure island sign from fnati 1.0
anyway in this game we face of against such epic characters such as red !

and shitass (yes that's his actual name)

freddy fuckboy

the headless bitch

and the bird

so how do they work??????????? well it's easy
red is just your generic shut off cam character

shitass works the same way but you have to shut of cam 4

bonnie and chica are mask characters

for freddy if you see him in either cam 3 or 4 turn on the light on the side he's coming from

technically i have already reviewed red oddities in the form of jacks warehouse a mod made by @Mr_Malos i really liked jacks warehouse so that means i should like this game too right ?
well the answer to that question is no
jacks warehouse is just way better then red oddities in terms of literally everything
in terms of meme usage shitpost humor trtf references and actual good gameplay
there are a lot of thing i didn't like about red oddities like the terrible phone call and tips the kinda shit sound design and the ugly filter on the cams
another reason why jacks is better is that the game actually looked kinda good and didn't have that awful filter
but red oddities looks kinda bad if i'm gonna be honest
all the rooms are just brick walls with random props in it for no reason
so overall i think this game is like a 5.5/10 jacks is still way better also unrelated to review but jacks warehouse now has a sequel !https://gamejolt.com/games/Jacks-Haunted-House/853993 you better play it if you want to keep both of your kidneys

CHAPTER 2
"green oddities the awkward middle child"

the first thing we get when opening the game up is the loudest main menu music ever oh and just look at that menu

it's beautiful so what's the game about ?
you play as green the ugly rat

your objective is to kill the night guard

also can i talk about how good the graphics are ???? like DAMN this shit is fire !

we find the night guard who looks like she came from a 2013 fanfiction

we kill her and the game ends

overall this game is a 2/2 would delete again....................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

CHAPTER 3!
"blue oddities the final chapter"

we open the game up and get the best pre night section in any fnaf game ever

we play as blue

and we have to punch nocturna in the face i think ?

anyway after that the game crashes and the real game starts

here's the menuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

i have literally nothing to say

here's the office !!!!

bruh why is it worse then red oddities office

anyway in the final oddities game we face of against blue who's the ugliest mother fucker i've ever seen

piss yellow

green also known as vegan mouse

and red returning from red oddities

anyway
unlike red oddities blue oddities is a one night fangame with one key difference
instead of having to survive till 6 am you have to complete 5 tasks to finish the night

but before i talk about the tasks i wanna talk about how the characters work

first of all we have blue

blue is the most important character he can go in any camera and can also back track

in the camera monitor there's a room shut down button if blue is in the room and you press the button he will stop moving
now what to do if he comes to the office ?

if you flash your light in either the left or right side

go to the other side to close the door
(in case you didn't understand what i just said if blue is in the right doorway go to the left doorway)

anyway when your on either the left or right side there's this countdown thing that needs to reach 1000

depending on which side your on you have to play a minigame with blue
if your on the left side blue will give you 5 random cards

you have to remember the number of symbols on the cards after the fifth card blue will pull out a device and you have to put the numbers of the shape on the cards in the device

after that blue will tell you to run so just reset the countdown and go back to the office

now the right side

when you get the countdown to a 1000 go to the other side if you hear a strange voice start hovering your mouse every where and start mashing space to keep yellow away from you at least that's what i did and it worked

OK that was a lot of stuff for just one character but the others are thankfully much easier to deal with
let's talk about yellow now

yellow starts in cam 11 and has 5 different phases

if he's no longer in cam 11 close the monitor and press space on the office window to make him leave

let's talk about green now

green is the games only non hostile character if you use the cams and flash light too much he'll steal it from you and basically kills you

the final character is red

when ever you pull the monitor down there's a chance that

his ugly ass face appears in the monitor so click on it to make him leave

and those were all the characters ! time to talk about the tasks now

the first task is to reboot the monitor which takes around 30 seconds

the second task is to find either a rock a nail or a star these 3 items can appear in the cams and the office

for the third task you have to trap blue in a specific room

for the forth task you need to have the monitor at a random percentage

for the fifth and final task you need to play some goofy ahh music in the office
something i forgot to mention is that there's a phone call in the game and none of the characters move when it's playing but you can still do the tasks

overall at least in my opinion this is one of the best fnati fangames ever
it's honestly way too well made for it's own good

the only thing i don't like about the game are the graphics they ain't great same with some of the character models
but beside that this game is easily a 8/10 in my opinion

before we end today's i wanted to share some funny red oddities development cause when am i ever gonna talk about these games again ?

originally red oddities was going to be a serious game !
and the reason red was called well red was because they spray painted him to avoid copy right
sadly this serious version of red oddities got scrapped

but hey at least we have this random ass render of beta red !
