Achievements in a PGMMV game!

Who is ready for this awesome sh*t?

Basically, this is gonna work with two save files: One is the main game's file that will be loaded whenever you choose "Continue" from the title screen, and the other is the one that holds all achievements and cannot be loaded. By default, once you started the game, both files are created. Once you have reach a condition for an achievement (like clearing the game with each character (with or without saving) or unlock the Extra Story), the second save file will be overwritten instead of the first (the first file will only be overwritten if you save the game between each "Chapter", short segments that are divided from an Act), and in the "Achievements" section that can be accessible within the title screen, all of the achievements you can unlock there is shown. At first they are question marks, but by checking the "achievement switches" in the second save file, and whenever an "achievement switch" is on in that file, then the question mark will be replaced with an image of that achievement. From that, you can view the achievement's details.

I actually make this system so as to create an alternative for the Game Jolt API for my game, since PGMMV is yet to have a Game Jolt API plugin. When I still make this game with RPG Maker MV, I add achievements to the game through the Game Jolt API, but after switching to Pixel Game Maker MV, then I have to pick another choice to add achievements to the game, or leave it as having no achievements, like Touhou games from Violet Detector backwards (except for Impossible Spell Card).

Luckily, there is a way to work with save files in PGMMV, and somehow it can be used to hold achievements in-game.

Anyway, do you appreciate this option to add the achievement system in a PGMMV game? Vote for me below or leave a comment!

Happy 10th Anniversary, Undertale!

This is literally the game's development state now.

Due to several reasons, the development of this game is halted, but it is anticipated that the development of the game will be resumed soon.

The first (and current) version of the intro theme.

Created using choir, harp and celesta instruments.

These are the switches I use to handle player data (to check their current player character's scenario and check if they has cleared the game once and if they has cleared the game once with their selected character).
