add a 2-layered format for post backgrounds

so þe bottom layer moves a bit faster þan the top


some existing backgrounds could also be updated to have 2 layers

(of course not all of þem since many backgrounds were designed with only 1 layer, so creators şould still have þe old format as an option so 1‑layered backgrounds don't load an invisible second image file).

and just in case some peeps can easily handle 1‑layered parallax backgrounds but not 2‑layered, þe 'parallax background' switch şould be changed to þis list:

  • 2 layers

  • 1 layer

  • Off
