Statuspage is designed to point out what event was happened during server work, and it measures ping latency.
Staff can put some own events like server (critical, partial) outage (reason and when it will be fixed in approx time) on specific server functions like chat, communities, games etc.
It will be mostly like Atlassian Statuspage.
