add the option "Hide user from feeds" above "Block user".
using it causes only some of the "Block user" effects:
their posts don't appear on the "For You" feed
previews of their posts on other feeds are obfuscated with the hint "user hidden from feeds"
but because "Hidden from feeds" users are not blocked, they can still add Likes and Comments on your profile and your creations — and their comments won't be hidden
