Added Game Jolt API and Discord Rich Presence to the game.
Right now, the game has 5 trophies/achievements.
Trophy artwork is not done yet, and also, the current DRPC icon is not final, as I still need someone to make model edits, as the final icon will have FrankenWario.
Also note, the log in screen was actually done the last week.
My new Steve plush, it's about time that I get a Minecraft plush.

I've added one more achievement.
I ended up making a new cutscene for beating All-Out mode, and the old one I originally made for beating it has been repurposed as a secret cutscene instead.
