Added a player setup, so you can set the names of the players
Added the ability to choose a random person to play each person, and take lives away and declare a winner!

Update 0.3.0: TileMap Update

Removed the weird 1234 buttons to spawn player spawns and crate spawns. Now, it is all in one menu!
