I still like to storyboard things before putting them into an actual game. This is an unfinished storyboard for a cutscene!
PE Sketchbook #1:
This is the earliest concept art I found for PE's battle engine. It worked similarly to the original THSMC engine, besides the fact that battles had two enemies and that all battle participants were always in view.
