Happy 2024, everyone! Balls n' Stars 2 is back in development!

So, 3 out of 4 settings section are done and there's only one more to work with, the Controls section.

Added signs so you know what you should do in the stage, because stage descriptions don't show during gameplay. Only in the stage select.

Almost forgot to show y'all the new loading screen animation, initially to add a white panel behind the icons since they might blend with the background which changes with each island.

Happy #WIPWednesday! Are you working on a game? Making some art? Practicing a song? Something else? Tell us in the comments!

I somehow forgot to show this here on Game Jolt

OK so, I've changed the way these sand blocks work for quite a while now and I have been working on new stages since then

Sorry about that

BIG NEWS: Your Bandit can wear a Game Jolt hat and shirt in Bandit Trap!

Defend your home or steal treasure in the open beta: https://bit.ly/BanditTrapBeta

It ends on March 23rd at 6 am CET!

Once you enter the Town Square for the first time, this cutscene will play once.

Also, these construction sites will take place of buildings I couldn't complete in time before the SAGE 2025 submission deadline. :\

Whew, after more than 2 weeks, I'm finally back to this project (taking a bit of break)

Anyway, this will the be last from the Town Square that I'll share, because I want to start working on Penumbra Forest next

DID YOU KNOW: Moonlight Peaks is a heartwarming supernatural life-sim where you can raise mystical crops, learn spell-casting & potion-making, and befriend (or even romance) the local werewolves, witches, & mermaids!

Try the demo!: http://bit.ly/MoonlightPeaks

Now working on some more modification to the Settings screen, including giving each sub-screen a consistent color scheme (the Apply button being green is intentional) and adding more component to each sub-screen.

I'll work on the Controls screen later on.
