Welp, I have been procrastinating (again) but I'm taking a break from working on the stages and working on the mini-games now. This is one of them.
Don't worry, I'll continue working on Penumbra Forest very soon.
Balloon Blowout is complete, but the finishing screen is still WIP. Now all it needs is sound.

Added signs so you know what you should do in the stage, because stage descriptions don't show during gameplay. Only in the stage select.
