Almost all hub NPC text and overworld scripting done! Still might add more stuff to the area later tho. I've also started on CORE scripting, and all of the first encounter dialogue/logic is written. Tomorrow I'll do the second encounter's dialogue/logic

Due to Gamejolt sucking really bad, I can't finish the upload of 5.04. I tried yesterday and today, and it still broken. This update fixes that new chaotic route bug introduced in 5.03.
