What’s up, gamers! This is Predator Games and before I get into some important announcements and patches, I would like to thank all of you who have played my game. It was amazing for me to see my first 1,000 plays, and that has definitely encouraged me to work harder and make better games that are worthy of you guys to play. It means a lot to me, so thanks!

Tip of the Day: Boss battles! Each boss has a different way of fighting it, and so this Tip of the Day will give tips for the first two bosses (the last boss was covered in the last DevLog). The first boss is a golden spider guarding the first power-up you will need to retrieve. The only way to get close enough to attack it is to jump from the pillars to avoid the stream of lasers. First, get the checkpoint (the glowing portal on one of the rocks), and jump closer. Repeat this every time you die (you’ll start from the checkpoint).

Next: the second boss. This boss isn’t very deadly but is surrounded by snipers. These snipers have lots of health so don’t try killing them, but they are unique because they can only fire in one place. So jump up onto the first rock, then jump up to set off their attack. Jump up again and jump onto the boss to start damaging it. Try to deal combo attacks to get his health down. If you die or are knocked off, just repeat. The bosses will be no match for you now!

The important announcement I have to make is that I have begun work on a new idea for a really cool game I think you guys will love. So the other secret project I’m working on will be temporarily postponed until I get can more of my new project done. I’m still working on Void’s Wrath Chapter 2, and I have some cool ideas for the challenges. Stay tuned for more updates regarding the next chapter of Void’s Wrath and my new project that I will be naming soon.

So for patches, I recently released a big patch with lots of important updates. Here is a list of the things that were updated with these new releases:

  1. Fixed an issue regarding the deadly snipers you face in the stealth aspect of the third game area (they were going into other areas where they were not intended to be)

  2. Made the first challenge of the first area more challenging (it was too easy)

  3. Fixed an issue with the energy boosters in the third area

  4. Made the first area easier to traverse (put coins in better places to guide the player + moved the NPC so he can be seen easier)

  5. Made the first boss battle easier (this boss is sort of an introduction to fighting in the game so I wanted it to be easier)

  6. Made the first boss battle easier to understand (moved the checkpoint to a location more easily accessible)
