So, Chester's 2 (Reopened) is a old game I made, and it stinks, yet has the most views of the bunch. So here's my idea for what if it did come back with similar character designs/concepts.
So, after the original location/design of Chester gets sued and they cannot use the design that was the most recent, another company wanted to get another hand at trying to bring Chester's back with a brand new big idea. A whole mall worth of a location, though they wanted to change ALOT of things around for the concept and to "Bring in more guests". Playware gave them the mantle, for them to legally give it that try.
Chester would be "Talk Show Chester", He would have the same fake wine in his cup and would be a sorta "Studio C" like the original, his voice would be a lot more deeper and nothing like his original. His clownish traits were completely dropped for these new characteristic. The only nice thing noted for him was his outfit, but again he lacked his original charm.
Doug was for some fucking reason morphed into a space-man, truly a weird option. It is believed it was to personally rip of Dook LaRue's concept. He looks more like a toy, kind of like buzz. He kept his country accent with more of a "serious tone" put into it. he was put as a astronaut to show off the Lazer tag and to introduce the other character apart of this disgraceful re-concept.
Scarlet was completely retconned as a animal on earth in TOTAL. She was now a creature from space, which Doug befriended, not adopted because she was put at a older age (about 25). Like the original design I had planned when I made her, customers were not a fan of her design due to how exaggerated some things were with her outfit, and characteristics. This alien version was in the game room, with a galactic theme. Scarlet also played a funky guitar
The location would have little server animatronics, like the cancelled original concept for the second game in order to serve food, though videos would come out of the animatronics failing.
The place stayed open for quite some time, but residents had a distaste for the characters, they thought that it shamed the original characters, and was just a lifeless cash grab with the IP. The main company (Playware) agreed, they told the company that made this rendition that if they didn't redesign the way the characters/way things were, they would be forced to close. They didn't listen, and so "Chester's mega mall" was closed for good. The location had 2 floors, multiple "stores" and was now left to rot.
This is when you come in as the nightgaurd. The main point was that they didnt want people to break in to vandilize/break stuff. But since the animatronics have been decaying, their code has rotted and now their stuck in a forever, agressive mode. Your task is now is to make sure they don't leave, and that they don't hurt you, if they find you.
Will I do this? No, most likely not. But these animatronics.. might just show up in one of these games. Keep 2 eyes open...
